Well, after much searching, browsing, and standing in awe of the messes that some of these homes were in, we have made a selection and are in escrow. :)

It's a cute little house at the end of a cul de sac that sits on .80 of an acre (got us some redwoods in the back yard). It's 1,280 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. We've put a photo shoot of the house under the "Photos" section for your viewing pleasure.

It's done.  Finally.  We closed escrow and had keys in hand on June 13th (Friday the 13th hehehe) and moved in on Saturday.  The move in was a marathon event with lots of help from folks at work and Christine's family.  :)  As of today, Christine has almost singlehandedly put together most of the house, and if she keeps going the way she is, she'll be done by Sunday.

Thanks to everyone for your prayers, phone calls, encouragement, etc.  It's been an interesting time getting here, but it's worth it.  The house is quiet, comfy, and definately our HOME.

Welcome to the Kohrman's little corner of the Internet. We're so glad you're here. The purpose of this site is to share information with our family and friends. We're notoriously bad at keeping in touch with everyone, so we hope this will help improve that.

We've got sections for photos, movies, and general stories. Seth and Chip had mentioned that they wanted to build a place where we could archive all those great stories we all have from growing up. I love the idea, and you'll notice there's a menu item on the left for stories.

So, all you Kohrmans out there, register and start sharing those stories, and I'll do my best to keep things working right. :)
